We are looking for few Energetic Agile personnel to join our team who will be responsible for the Business Generation by adhering the Industry Ethics . In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Business Lead generation for Loan / Insurance / Investment

• Excellent communication skills- Bengali /Hindi / English Preferable 

• Experienced candidate is preferred . Freshers also welcome .

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or Visit to client's Office

• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Qualification Minimum - H.S [Higher Secondary]
